Without Mesh Sheets sticky foods can be difficult and frustrating to peel or scrape off the trays. The Mesh Sheets also help prevent small pieces of food, like herbs, from falling through the trays. They minimize liquid or juice from dripping down from one tray onto another. Our unique, reusable Non-Stick Silicone Mesh Sheets are made with medical grade silicone and are 100% food safe and free from all plastic chemicals and are suitable to be washed in a dishwasher.
