Please note, all orders placed between the 24th of December and the 2nd of January will not be posted until the 3rd of January. This is due to the holiday period and Australia Post public holidays.

Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and lots of fine print, luvele.com offers free shipping on all Australian domestic orders placed on our website, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions.
Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time. luvele.com understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website, we will post your order within 24 hours (business days) and you can expect to receive your order within 2-3 business days in NSW and 4-5 business days throughout the rest of Australia. Some remote parts of Australian will take longer.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund (Returns must be unused, and in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping in Australia. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just email us at email@example.com, we will then email you a pre-paid label to print out for free return postage. Instruction on how to send the item back will be included.
The Luvele 30 day back guarantee and return policy, has no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.
Return with luvele.com is easy:
- You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
- Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
- Return shipping is absolutely FREE.
- You will be provided with a pre-paid Australia Post domestic label and instructions to return the purchase to us.
- You can use your original Luvele ‘packing’ box you received, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return. (Please do not send with gift box only).
- If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box from previous shipments, please remove them.
- Attach your new Australia Post return label to the shipping box. Then drop off your return at any Australia Post retail outlet.
- Once you drop off your return at Australia Post, please allow 4-5 business days for your return to reach our warehouse.
- Once your return is received and inspected by our returns team (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed through PayPal or direct banks deposit.
