The Yogurt PLUS starter is dairy free and vegan, so it perfect for all non-dairy yogurt recipes. It can also be used just as effectively with all dairy yogurt recipes.

The starter worked well, resulting in a creamy yoghurt, and was easy to use. It is good to know I can freeze packets I didn't use, while I reserve tablespoons of the first yoghurt for future batches. Thank you for clear instructions and helpful hints.
