Photos of the fault may be requested if and where appropriate, and if it will ensure a faster resolution. Generally any issue will be considered for repair or replacement. If you purchase a Luvele product and then change your mind for whatever reason, you can return the product at your own cost within 10 days of purchase for a full refund.
